To utilize the TAG feature:

• Download the MARTI: Scooter & TAG app.
• Access the TAG tab if TAG services are available in your area.
• Set your destination.
• Select the type of vehicle you desire and press the "LET'S GO" button.
• Awaiting your arrival will be a vehicle ready to transport you safely and comfortably to your destination.
• Request TAG and go!

For using Martı Scooters, Mobilets, or Mopeds:

• Download the MARTI: Scooter & TAG app.
• Locate available vehicles (scooters, mobilets, mopeds) near your current location on the map.
• Click "START TO RIDE," scan the QR code on the chosen vehicle, and commence your journey.
• If utilizing a Martı Scooter, utilize your foot to push off and press the throttle button to start.
• If riding a Martı Mobilet, retract the side stand, and initiate your journey by turning the throttle on your right.
• When using a Martı Moped, wear your helmet, and activate the moped by turning the throttle on your right.
• Once aboard the vehicle of your choice, savor the ride while adhering to all traffic rules.
• When you wish to conclude your ride, adhere to parking regulations and end your journey by taking a photo of the entire vehicle (scooter, mobilet, moped).
